Hey All

Welcome to The Blog: Part Two.

I really want to thank you all for being here, first and foremost. It means a lot to see that my voice has a place in your lives even when it’s sporadic. I know it’s been a long wait but this is the new spot. I’m still figuring things out, so if you guys notice any bugs or weirdness let me know because I stopped designing web pages around the soft -end of my tumblr era and I’m out of my depth.

The idea behind this blog is still changing, but the spirit remains the same. I have a bad habit of writing more what I think other people want to hear than writing things from my honest perspective and my honest voice, so I’m going to try to change that going forward. There are big things to say and big conversations to have. I’m not going to tell you what that looks like because as of this moment I have half of a first draft of a first post written and it doesn’t sound like what I’ve put out before, but it’s new in a good way. We’re evolving.

We’re sticking with the title One Of The F Words because fuck, does fascism suck (two of the f words for you). Not enough people know enough about it. Not enough people understand what it’s looked like for the last ten, twenty, thirty years. Not enough people see the line between then and now, and they’re wondering how we got here. I want to change that. I want to talk about nazi’s because they’re a problem, they’re in the White House, and they want to harm people that I love and care deeply for. We’ve got a Nazi problem in the year of our lord 2025, a climate change problem, a capitalism problem, and a head in the sand problem. Sometimes you can only fight with knowledge. Sometimes we can only fight by sharing knowledge.

I hope we can do that together.
